By using Mooka’s services, Client expressly acknowledges that no representations or warranties have been made regarding financial performance, and Client agrees that dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for a refund, cancellation without obligation, or legal claim against Mooka.

13. No Reliance on Projections or Statements

Client agrees that they have not relied on any statements, projections, forecasts, income examples, or representations—whether written or oral—outside of the express terms of the applicable service agreement in deciding to engage Mooka’s services.

Client further acknowledges that no employee, contractor, or representative of Mooka has authority to make guarantees regarding revenue, profit, or business success, and any such statements, if made, are not binding.
