Mooka.io Fulfillment Policy
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders placed through Mooka.io are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Digital products and services, including automation software, are delivered immediately upon successful payment and account verification.

If an order experiences delays due to high demand, supplier issues, or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify customers via email.
2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Physical Products: If applicable, physical products are shipped via our partnered carriers. Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase.

Eligible Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping availability is subject to change.

Physical Products: Refunds are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery.

Digital Products & Services: Due to the nature of digital goods and services, all sales are final, and refunds are not provided except in cases where the product is not delivered or there is a technical issue preventing access to the service.
Refund requests must be submitted to support@mooka.io with order details and proof of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
3.2 Return Policy & Process

Eligibility: Returns are accepted for physical products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return Process: To initiate a return, email support@mooka.io with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Inspection & Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund (minus any applicable shipping fees) will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Subscription & Cancellation Policy

If canceled before the next billing cycle, the subscription will not renew, and no further charges will apply.
