How It Works
Learn how our process works step by step. When you partner with Mooka, we try to make things as simple as possible for you in order to potentially create an additional stream of income. Learn how we use technology and software to do the work for you. There's no secret sauce. We didn't invent this business model, we just have expertise on how to do it in a more efficient and scalable way.

02
Onboarding
We make this step as seamless as possible for our clients. We send you an electronic contract for your review and within 48 hours of receiving payment to begin our services, we will get your eBay store set up and add you to the client portal.
01
Alignment
The first step of our process is to learn about our client's motivations and goals for why they want to open an eBay store. This helps us identify the best way we can meet their needs, set realistic expectations, and create attainable milestones.

03
Automation

Once your store is setup properly, we link it to our automation software (you'll be invoiced monthly depending on how many listings your store has) so that we can handle product listing, customer service, inventory management, and order management. Each week, you will receive an invoice/sales receipt for Cost Of Goods Sold (COGS). We will auto-charge your card for the COGS + payment processing fees unless you pay the invoice within 96 hours of time sent. You'll receive a detailed order breakdown for COGS, or you can access it at anytime in your client portal. When your card is charged, you will be notified immediately and sent a sales receipt.
04
Research
Our team will begin researching product opportunities using robust software and internal algorithms to ensure our strict criteria is met with each product. Here's a snapshot of what we look for:
- Fast shipping direct from suppliers
- Search volume
- Minimum profitability (15% MoM Target ROI)
- Well-established quality
- Vero compliant
- 25 more KPIs

06
Order
Once an order comes through your eBay store, our automation software will take each order and forward it onto our suppliers to place an direct order for the item that was purchased. Once the order is confirmed by the supplier, the cost of the item is added to an invoice that you will receive weekly. An automation credit ($0.30-$0.45 per order) is added to your account to be invoiced at the end of each week.
Automation Credit: This cost allows for orders to be automatically placed with suppliers through the automation software. This cost also allows order information to be auto-updated on your eBay store including tracking information.

08
Delivery
Once delivery is confirmed, we handle any returns that are necessary. We also automate the feedback loop so your buyers are given positive feedback, which in turn often leads to you receiving positive feedback. This helps us work towards the goal of making each of our clients a top rated seller.

10
Optimize
Now that your store is on autopilot, our job does not stop. Each month our team analyzes your store's data to optimize product listings and pricing. In addition, we add new listings or replace some underperforming listings so that your product mix is constantly optimized and you can continue to reach more customers.

05
Listing
We set pricing parameters and begin listing the products that have met our criteria onto your eBay store. We optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing. We are methodical about how we list products, so each month we can list approximately 5,000 products on your store. Time to complete this process is usually 15-20 days.

07
Shipment
Orders are shipped directly from our suppliers using express shipping so customers get their orders faster. When tracking information is available, its automatically uploaded to your eBay store. We monitor the progress of each order and if any customer service is needed, we are there to assist.

09
Invoice
At the end of each month, you'll receive an invoice from Mooka that includes order automation costs from the past month of orders, any product costs that could not be automated (sometimes this happens with some of our suppliers), profit share, the next month's software cost, and any payment processing fees. You can pay this invoice by credit card or ACH. If payment is not made within 4 days, we will automatically charge your payment method on file and send you a sales receipt.

11
Payout
Depending on your payout setup, eBay will make payouts to your bank account daily, weekly, or monthly. It's a constant dopamine hit that signals your business is growing with Mooka.
